Share Fair April 9, 2009 = ==A Widget for a Wiki! Creating a "Slider" or revolving slide show of pictures for a Wiki.==
= BubbleShare: Share photos - Find great Clip Art Images.
1. Create a free account. (carefully select email options and privacy) at BubbleShare.com
2. New Album > Type an album name
3. Choose Photos > Privacy Settings > Click Unlisted or Public > Browse for Photos > THE FUN PART!!!
Find photos on your computer or flash drive and double click to add
4. Album Theme > (Standard, Christmas, Birthday, Beach,Fairy, Scrapbook, Graduation, etc. (these place graphic thematic borders around your pictures) AT THE END IS the Slider! Double click there
5. Your slider will appear. You can click the turtle to slow it down, the rabbit to speed it up, or pause
6. Click NEXT at the bottom
7. Edit photos by turning them upright, adding thought bubbles, clip art, etc. or delete photos
8. Sequence photos by clicking and dragging to the position in the slider you want them to be viewed.
9. To Prep for adding this to the Wiki, click on "BLOG ALBUM", Scroll down until you see "Bubble Slider." Select your Size (larger is best) and copy to HTML info into your clipboard (right click/copy)
TO ADD TO YOUR WIKI:
1.Log into your Wiki page
2. Add a new page, or edit a page
3. Click on the TV icon, to EMBED A WIDGET
4. A Widgets window will open > Click on "Other HTML"
5. You've already copied your html code to your clipboard, now PASTE it into the box at the bottom of
this pop up. Click "SAVE"
6. Click "PREVIEW" at the top of the Wiki page Editor and you will see your Slider!
7. Click "Save" on your Wiki page and you're done.
This sounds like a lot, but it is NOT! It's very user friendly and so easy to use!
